What Insurances do you accept?

Aetna
Delta Dental
Cigna
Humana
Guardian
GEHA
Connection
BCBS
United Health Card

And most other PPO insurance.

Do you accept HMO Insurance?

No. We do not accept HMO plans. These plans limit treatment options and do not support the level of care we provide. Our focus is on personalized, high-quality care—not cost-cutting compromises.

Do you accept AHCCCS?

We do not accept AHCCCS. Its reimbursement structure doesn’t allow us to offer the premium care and materials we believe every patient deserves.

Do you accept Ambetter dental plans?

No, we do not accept Ambetter, regardless of tier. Based on our experience, it offers minimal usable dental coverage and often creates more confusion than value.

Do you offer a membership or discount plan?

Yes! For patients without insurance, we offer an affordable in-house membership plan with two tiers. Members receive free exams and cleanings, plus discounts on most other procedures.

What if I don’t have insurance?

No problem. Many of our patients pay directly or use our membership plan for discounted care. We accept cash, credit cards, and most HSA/FSA accounts.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We welcome new patients of all ages (excluding pediatric-only care) and strive to offer a new level of comfort and attention—like having your own private dentist.

Where are you located?

We’re located in the Midvale Shopping Center, directly across from Walmart, just off Valencia Road in Southwest Tucson. Our office is easy to find, with convenient parking and a calm, professional environment.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes we do.  At First Dental we use CareCredit that we can discuss when you come in for your first visit.  We work to make treatment affordable for you.

Do you do veneers?

We don’t offer cosmetic veneers because they are not a long-term solution for most people. Veneers can look great, but they rely on a near-perfect bite to stay in place—and most people don’t have one. Without ideal alignment, veneers are more likely to pop off, chip, or break, especially under normal daily use like chewing or grinding.
